The O'Brien Residence is a Dick Oliver design for Helen and Barry O'Brien. It features an internal access lift, 2 car garage, spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen areas on level 1. Level 2 boasts the master bedroom with walk in wardrobe and feature shower taking in the spectacular views of the river mouth and boating activity below. Bedroom 2 and 3 can be found mid level. Landscaping was designed o be low maintenance to be able to enjoy the weekend retreat!
The Rowan O'Brien residence at Taieri mouth is a Reese Warnock design featuring large open plan living areas, 3 large bedrooms and a 10x4 heated swimming pool. Construction consisted of masonary block with "New Age Plaster Systems", linear weather board, doubled glazed windows to take in the amazing coastal views, new composite decking and glass balustrade.
