PW Engineering were quick off the mark when I was looking to start my apprenticeship and after joining I can see the range of tasks and opportunity open to me. Everyone is really friendly and helpful and we've got a real community feel at work. There's always some boring stuff you have to do as an apprentice but that's life, you also get some really cool jobs to do and I’m constantly learning and growing my skills and myself as a person.
