With my wife having previous knowledge of the great people that work at PW Engineering it wasn't a hard choice for me to join the team. The variety of work and great people keep me happy and motivated with many having become personal close friends. The reflection at the end of a project gives me the job satisfaction I'm after and a chance to continue to improve and learn.
