Our Design Engineers converted the Canadian design to metric based on site measurements and developed a 3D model of the extension.
New equipment was pre-built in our workshop before being installed on-site during a scheduled shutdown window.
The extension required an upgraded drive chain system and alterations to the hydraulics. As the main contractor PWE facilitated all work onsite.
This new and improved sorting system allows the sawmill to operate at higher rates with more product storage and production flexibility.
