Under a design/build contract, PW Engineering were engaged to replace the old dressing plant at Ravensdown's Seadown site.
The new screening plant consists of 2x 40T loader hoppers and a Metso screen all fed by above ground belt conveyors at a nominal rate of 250ton/hr. PW Engineering designed and manufactured the equipment, fabricated the structural steelwork and as the primary contractor subcontracted the electrical and automation work to our preferred contracting partners and installed the new plant during the 2020 Winter shutdown.
