Project planning began in 2017 where PW Engineering consulted with Alliance to determine the scope and design of the 'black steel' mechanical equipment at the new venison processing plant in Lorneville. PW Engineering were awarded a design and build contract using NZS3916 in Jan 2018, the tight timeline required PW Engineering to work closely with other contractors to achieve operational testing by Sep 2018.
